The purpose of these General Conditions (hereinafter, Conditions) is to regulate the relationship between GESTIÓ LLÚRIA, S.L. (hereinafter, CASA LLIMONA ) and you (hereinafter, the Client ), related to all the transactions carried out through the
website www.casallimonahotel.com, property of CASA LLIMONA. The contracting of any service offered in the aforementioned website implies the unreserved acceptance by the Client of these Conditions, as well as of the Particular Conditions that, if applicable, may be applied to specific services. CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend the Customer to review them periodically before making any purchase to ensure that he/she understands the terms that will be applicable to such transaction.

This implies that CASA LLIMONA may add new services to the existing ones without prior notice, as well as eliminate or temporarily suspend any of the current services. To contract the services offered in www.casallimonahotel.com, the user must follow the instructions provided during the purchase process, implying the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions established in our web site. User registration is not a requirement for making reservations; however, certain personal data of the user will be required to process any reservation.
4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
CASA LLIMONA offers the following procedures for the provision of services: In order to make a reservation, it is essential to accept the conditions established in the service contract. Reservations must be made through our web site www.casallimonahotel.com, filling in the corresponding section with the user's personal data required, such as name, surname, ID or passport, country, telephone number and e-mail address. Additionally, the necessary data will be requested

CASA LLIMONA is not responsible for the damages that users may suffer due to interruptions, suspensions or cancellations of the service of the web site derived from failures in the telecommunications networks that are beyond our control.
5. CONTRACTING PROCESS
To make a reservation at www.casallimonahotel.com, it is essential that the customer is of legal age. The steps to follow to complete the reservation are described below:
1. Selection of check-in and check-out dates.
2. Selection of the number of guests.
3. Selection of one or more rooms.
4. Choice of the type of accommodation rate.
5. Completion of the personal data required for the reservation.
6. Acceptance of the general conditions and privacy policy.
7. Enter the details of the bank card to make the payment and, if applicable,
guarantee the reservation through a secure payment gateway.
8. Confirmation of the reservation and visualization of the confirmation page.
CASA LLIMONA will create an electronic document that formalizes the reservation and will make it available to the client, sending an email with the details at the end of the reservation process. This document will be referred to as ''The contract'' and will be filed in digital format. The client is advised to print and/or keep a copy of the general conditions, as well as thebacknowledgement of receipt sent by CASA LLIMONA by e-mail. To confirm your reservation, a credit card number will be requested. A 100% charge will be made for the non-refundable rate and 50% for the standard rate. CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to correct any error in the rate calculated by the system by the system. In such a case, the establishment will notify the client of the correct rate within 48 hours, and the client will have the option to accept the change or cancel the reservation at no cost. After formalizing the reservation, the client is urged to review the details of the reservation to detect possible errors in data entry. To correct any mistakes, the customer can contact customer service or use the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
BILLING
The customer consents to receive the invoice in electronic format, which will be sent to the e-mail address provided. The customer may revoke this consent at any time and request the invoice in paper format by sending a request via email.
6. PROVISION OF THE SERVICE
The service will be provided at the CASA LLIMONA establishment in the following way: Upon arrival, guests will receive detailed information about the service booked, as well as an introduction to the facilities available and instructions for their proper use. Hotel staff will be available to assist guests 24 hours a day. As a general rule, unless specifically agreed with CASA LLIMONA, rooms will be available for use from 3:00 pm on the day of check-in and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of check-out. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. Cribs are available upon request; please be sure to include this need in the appropriate section when making your reservation.
In the event of a discrepancy in the number of guests staying in a room compared to the number indicated on the reservation, a 25% surcharge will be applied to the price of the stay. Guests will be informed accordingly and the difference will be reflected in their final bill. During check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid photo ID (ID card or passport). They must also provide a valid credit card that can be used as a guarantee for the stay, if applicable.
CASA LLIMONA declines all responsibility for accidents caused by improper use of the facilities or those related to the equipment of the same.
7. PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the services available at www.casallimonahotel.com are presented in euros, unless otherwise indicated, and will remain in force during the established period, except in case of typographical errors. The final prices of all services, including features, offers, promotions and discounts, are detailed in the description of each of the services offered on the website.
- All prices include VAT at 10%.
- Other additional costs: The Catalonia Tourist Tariff, also known as the Tax on stays in tourist establishments, is not included in the price. This tax is applied per person per night. The applicable amount will be the one in force at the time of booking and will be paid directly at the hotel.
The tax applies only to guests over 16 years of age and is limited to a maximum of 7 nights per person. The rate applied will be that stipulated in the decrees and regulations in force. The prices of the services are subject to change. In such a case, the price in force on the date of the reservation will be applied. However, the final cost will be communicated to the client in the electronic purchase process prior to final acceptance.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
CASA LLIMONA provides the following payment options for your convenience:
a. Only by credit or debit card Payments can be made securely using our payment gateway protected with SSL encryption provided by our bank. In case you need to make a refund or cancellation of the reservation, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification and without incurring additional costs, except those stipulated in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Accommodation services or services related to leisure activities, in cases where the contract stipulates specific dates or periods of execution. The withdrawal period for service contracts shall be 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise this right, the user must notify CASA LLIMONA of his decision to withdraw. The exercise of the right of withdrawal entails the termination of the contracted service. CASA LLIMONA will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium. In case of withdrawal, CASA LLIMONA will reimburse the client the payments received, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is informed. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, provided that the service is not subject to the exceptions previously mentioned.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
CASA LLIMONA applies the following cancellation policy, which the client accepts when making a reservation:
To cancel or modify your reservation, it is essential that you communicate in writing, by sending an email to [email protected]. The effectiveness of such cancellation or modification will be conditioned to the confirmation of receipt by CASA LLIMONA through the same channel.
Non-Refundable Rate:
- The total payment of the stay is made at the moment of making the reservation.
- This prepayment will not be refundable under any circumstances, even if the reservation is cancelled.
- The use of a credit card is mandatory to make the reservation.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the total amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
Standard Rate:
- A payment of 50% of the total reservation is required.
- This payment will be made automatically five days prior to the check-in date.
- The remaining 50% will be paid during check-in.
- A credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to five days prior to check-in, before the automatic charge is made.
- In case of cancellation within five days prior to check-in, 50% of the amount already charged to the credit card will be forfeited.
11. RESPONSIBILITY AND EXONERATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel partially or totally the contracted services at any time and without prior notice. However, this power will not affect the services that have been reserved by registered users or that are subject to a previous contracting, which will be subject to their specific contracting conditions.
12. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
In order to present any complaint or claim before CASA LLIMONA, the client must contact the customer service department. The necessary information for this purpose will be made available to the users. In accordance with the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution regulations and in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the customer is informed that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
CASA LLIMONA will not be liable for the failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of the obligations we assume under a contract when such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control (''Force Majeure'').
Force Majeure shall mean any act, event, failure to exercise, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
- Inability to use trains, ships, airplanes, motorized transport or other means of transportation, public or private.
- Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or authority.
Our obligations under the contracts will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension of time to fulfill such obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure situation. We will use all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure situation or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our contractual obligations despite the Force Majeure.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CASA LLIMONA is not responsible for the damages that may derive from:
- Errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid it.
- The damages that may arise from the improper or inappropriate use of the website by users.
- The operability or problems in the e-mail address provided by the user to send the confirmation of the reservation. In no case will CASA LLIMONA be responsible for the losses or damages that may arise from an improper use of our services by the users.
15. FINAL DISPOSITIONS
CASA LLIMONA reserves the right to modify the conditions established here at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and they will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
16. SAFEGUARD CLAUSE
If any of the clauses included in these general conditions were to be declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, subsisting in all other respects, the rest of the general conditions and considering such provision totally or partially as not included.
17. APPLICABLE LAW
The present conditions are subject to the Spanish legislation in force. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in the interpretation or application of these Conditions of Use or of the contents of the web page in general, CASA LLIMONA and the user agree to submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile. If the user resides outside Spain, CASA LLIMONA and the user agree, also expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
The following regulations shall apply:
- Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contractual Conditions.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users

- Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
